Periodic inspection of your properties electrical wiring system is something a lot of people are not aware of. The wiring regulations reccomend that domestic properties should be checked a maximum of every 10 years, or change of tenancy in the case of rented properties.
With people not being aware of this a lot of potentially dangerous wiring could be hiding in your home.
